SUSTAINABILITY HELP
Packages
At Sustainability Help, we keep pricing simple, transparent, and flexible. We don’t lock clients into rigid packages or long contracts. Instead, we offer two working models that reflect how sustainability work actually happens: either ongoing, flexible support or a clearly defined project with a clear outcome. Both models are designed to deliver practical results at a fraction of the cost of large consulting firms.
Flexible Retainer Support
Ongoing sustainability support, when and where you need it
Our retainer model is ideal for organisations that want consistent, trusted sustainability support without hiring a full‑time role.
You purchase time in blocks of 20, 40, 60 or 80 hours upfront, to be used flexibly over six months. We then work with you to identify priorities and apply the time where it has the greatest impact.
Many clients prefer this model because it allows us to assess where the organisation is at and proactively guide next steps, without you needing to scope or manage individual tasks.
Typical support may include:
Sustainability health checks and gap analysis
Sustainability action planning and prioritisation
Mentoring and coaching for leaders, operations teams, or emerging sustainability roles
Policy, procedure, and tender reviews
Data management and reporting support
Behaviour change programs
Supplier, software, and solution recommendations
On‑call advice as new questions or challenges arise
Why clients choose this model
Flexible, responsive support
No need to define everything upfront
Priority access to advice and problem‑solving
Builds internal confidence and capability over time
Discrete Project Support
Defined scope, clear deliverables, practical outcomes
For organisations with a specific sustainability challenge or defined piece of work, we offer discrete project engagements.
You identify the problem or outcome you’re aiming for, and we scope a targeted piece of work to address it. Projects are quoted at an hourly rate, with an estimated number of hours and clear deliverables agreed upfront.
This model works well when you need focused expertise or a specific outcome delivered within a defined timeframe.
Typical project work includes:
Sustainability strategies, action plans, and goal setting
Climate, energy, water, waste, or biodiversity assessments
Sustainability data baselining and reporting frameworks
Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) advocacy and review for new buildings
Waste and energy management planning
Staff training, workshops, and facilitation
Executive or board‑level sustainability briefings
Why clients choose this model
A clearly defined outcome delivered within a set timeframe
Certainty on scope and deliverables before work begins
Specialist sustainability expertise for a specific challenge or decision
Independent input to inform executive, board, or stakeholder discussions
